In the opening fixture of the 07-08 season, United faced local side AFC Caversham in a friendly fixture at Rotherfield's home ground.

The lads played some lovely team football, with goals coming from Jack Stevens, Adam Fearnside and two for Morgan Green. Hamzah Hussain made a string of fine saves in goal for United in what was an excellent debut performance.

Well done to the whole team! A great start to a new season!
